Reporting a download problem
To help us fix it quickly, please include:
- the Facebook link you pasted (the video must be public);
- the error message you saw, or what happened instead of the download;
- your device and browser, for example “iPhone 15, Safari” or “Windows, Chrome”.
Many problems have a quick answer in our FAQ: private videos can’t be downloaded, live broadcasts become downloadable after they end, and download links expire after a few hours.
