How Do You Download a Facebook Reel With Sound?

A downloaded Facebook Reel is a vertical 9:16 MP4 in the resolutions Facebook streams, up to the quality the creator uploaded. Most Reels are filmed on phones in portrait, often at 1080×1920 (Full HD vertical), and Facebook keeps several encodes of each one:
