By using FbVideoDownloader you agree to these terms. They are short, because the service is simple.

1. The service

FbVideoDownloader is a free web tool that retrieves publicly available Facebook videos and related files (audio, thumbnails, captions) from a link you provide. It works only with content Facebook shows to logged-out visitors and cannot access private content.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for what you download and how you use it. Download only videos you own, videos you have permission to use, or videos you may use under the law that applies to you (for example, fair use or private copying exceptions).
  • Don’t reupload, sell or pass off someone else’s video as your own without the rights holder’s consent.
  • Don’t use the service to harass anyone, to infringe copyright at scale, or in a way that breaks the law or Facebook’s terms.
  • Don’t overload the service: no scraping, automated bulk requests or reselling access. We may rate-limit or block traffic that does.

3. Intellectual property

Videos belong to their creators. FbVideoDownloader doesn’t host videos and claims no rights in them. Rights holders can ask us to block specific videos through our DMCA & Copyright page. The FbVideoDownloader name, logo and site design are ours.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, free of charge. Facebook can change how its pages work at any time, so a video that downloads today may not tomorrow. We don’t guarantee that the service will be available, error-free, or able to download any particular video.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FbVideoDownloader and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or of downloaded content.

6. Not affiliated with Meta

FbVideoDownloader is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. “Facebook” is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

7. Changes
